- Account Authentication & OAuth Tokens: Access tokens, refresh tokens, and account profile identifiers provided by third-party platforms when you explicitly authorize MultiPosts.
- User Profile Data: Basic public profile details (such as account name, username, profile picture URL, and page/channel ID) required to display your connected accounts in the dashboard.
- Media & Content: Videos, images, captions, tags, and scheduling information you upload to MultiPosts for publishing to your connected platforms.
- Technical Logs: Server access logs, IP address, browser type, and diagnostic error reports to ensure service uptime and security.

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:
- To authenticate and connect your third-party social media accounts.
- To execute authorized publishing, scheduling, and multi-platform distribution of your media.
- To synchronize comments and inbox messages from authorized platforms to your MultiPosts unified dashboard.
- To maintain, optimize, and diagnose the technical performance of our servers and API integrations.
We Do Not Sell Your Data: MultiPosts does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or connected social media data to any third parties or advertisers.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect user data:
- All network transmissions are strictly encrypted using TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens received from TikTok and other providers are securely encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- User credentials and API secrets are never shared, exposed, or transferred to third parties.
- Uploaded media assets are retained solely for the lifecycle of the user's scheduled publishing job and may be deleted manually by the user or automatically after distribution.
5. Data Deletion and Revoking Permissions
You retain full ownership and control over your account data. You can disconnect accounts and delete your data at any time:

- Go to Profile → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
- Locate MultiPosts in the authorized apps list and tap Remove access.
Alternatively, you can remove your connected TikTok account anytime directly from your MultiPosts Integrations tab.
- Request Complete Data Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of all stored account tokens, published records, and profile associations from our databases by emailing us at sunnytourleader@gmail.com. All associated records will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
