1. Description of Service

MultiPosts provides a unified social media dashboard enabling creators, businesses, and content managers to connect social network accounts, upload and transcode multimedia content, schedule posts, publish across multiple platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn), and interact with audience comments.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use MultiPosts.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and connected API tokens.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach associated with your account.

3. Compliance with Social Media Platform Rules

When connecting external accounts to MultiPosts, you agree to comply strictly with the terms and developer policies of each respective social network:

• TikTok Terms & Developer Policies: You agree to abide by the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, and TikTok Developer Terms. Content uploaded to TikTok must comply with all regional distribution policies and content copyright laws.
• Meta Platform Terms: You agree to abide by the Facebook Terms of Service and Community Standards.
• YouTube (Google Terms of Service): By using MultiPosts to upload or manage YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• LinkedIn & Telegram: You agree to adhere to their respective User Agreements and Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Content & User Conduct

You retain full intellectual property rights to all media and text you publish through MultiPosts. You agree that you will NOT use MultiPosts to upload, publish, or distribute content that:

• Infringes any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or promotes hate speech or violence.
• Contains malware, viruses, phishing payloads, or harmful scripts.
• Violates spam or automated rate-limiting policies of the connected platforms.

5. API Limits and Third-Party Availability

MultiPosts relies on APIs provided by third-party platforms. We are not liable for service interruptions, rate-limiting, token expirations, API deprecations, or policy changes enforced by third-party providers (such as Meta, Google, or ByteDance) that are beyond our direct control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The MultiPosts platform, software code, UI designs, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of MultiPosts and its licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MultiPosts immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
